Capgemini Acquires WNS, a Business Transformation Company

Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner, has acquired WNS for $3.3 billion. The acquisition brings together Capgemini’s consulting and technology strengths with WNS’s domain and process expertise, enabling clients to accelerate their shift from traditional business process services to AI-driven, autonomous operations. Aiman Ezzat, Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini, says, “Together we will create a leader in Intelligent Operations, uniquely positioned to support organizations in their AI-powered business process transformation, blending the critical capabilities needed from consulting, technology, and platforms to deep process and industry expertise.”

Cleo and Effective Data Expand Supply Chain Integration Alliance

Cleo, a supply chain orchestration solution provider, has deepened its two-decade partnership with Effective Data, an EDI and data integration company. The enhanced collaboration will leverage Cleo’s Integration Cloud and Effective Data’s ERP and legacy system integration expertise to simplify system connectivity, speed up partner onboarding, and improve real-time visibility across logistics, manufacturing, and retail sectors. This move is set to help channel partners and enterprises navigate increasingly complex B2B ecosystems, with a focus on AI-driven exception handling and automation.

DuploCloud and AWS Partner to Automate DevOps for Startups

DuploCloud, a DevOps automation platform purpose-built for secure cloud operations and compliance, has entered a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS). As part of their collaboration, the companies will deliver automated DevOps solutions tailored for startups, generative AI builders, and regulated industries. IFS Appoints a CEO and CIO for Nexus Black

IFS, an enterprise cloud and Industrial AI software provider, has named Kriti Sharma, a globally recognized AI leader, as CEO of its AI innovation accelerator, Nexus Black. Sharma, formerly of Thomson Reuters, will help spearhead the delivery of domain-specific AI solutions for manufacturing, energy, and aerospace companies. IFS also announced that Nick Vandivere has been appointed as the Chief Innovation Officer for Nexus Black. In this role, Vandivere will focus on frontier use cases and strategic technology investments, working closely with Sharma to accelerate agentic AI delivery across the IFS Cloud platform.

Moveworks and Docusign Announce a Strategic Collaboration

Moveworks, an agentic AI assistant for the enterprise, has announced a strategic partnership with Docusign, an Intelligent Agreement Management company. The companies will integrate Docusign’s intelligent agreement management capabilities into the Moveworks AI Agent Marketplace, enabling employees to prepare, send, and manage agreements directly within Moveworks using natural language. TrueCommerce Names a New CEO

TrueCommerce—a global provider of supply chain and trading partner connectivity, integration, and omnichannel solutions—has appointed Bill Glass as its new CEO. Vellum Raises $20M in a Series A Funding Round

Vellum, an AI development platform, has secured $20 million in a Series A funding round led by Leaders Fund. Socii Capital and existing investors Y Combinator, Rebel Fund, and Eastlink Capital also participated in the funding. The company will use these funds to continue developing its platform AI development, expand its global go-to-market presence, and more. Leaders Fund will also help Vellum bring its AI development standard to more organizations worldwide.
