Acumatica Acquires Vertrax
Acumatica, a provider of cloud ERP solutions for growing businesses, has acquired Vertrax, a longtime Acumatica partner and provider of cloud-native software solutions for the fuel and energy distribution industry. Vertrax will operate as a business unit of Acumatica under the established Vertrax brand and bring a team of over 40 experts to the Acumatica workforce. It will help Acumatica expand its industry-specific capabilities and strengthen its ability to support customers in streamlining operations, adapting to change, and growing with purpose-built technology.
Agiloft Announces the General Availability of Agiloft Astra
Agiloft, a data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) company, has announced the general availability of Agiloft Astra, its contract AI platform. With this platform, legal, procurement, finance, and sales professionals can start using Astra’s free plan with no waitlist or upfront costs. The free plan includes unlimited users across an organization and uncapped use of Astra’s Microsoft Word Add-In, which allows teams to create, review, and redline contracts without leaving the application. Additionally, Agiloft has deepened the integration between Astra and Agiloft CLM, enabling users to connect their full contract repository with Astra’s analytics.
Alation Details Its Intelligence Operating System
Alation has announced the Alation Intelligence Operating System (AIOS), an operating system designed to help enterprises govern AI as they build and deploy it across their most critical business operations. AIOS is an open, governed architecture capable of continuously self-improving across an organization’s existing data and AI environment. It’s capable of integrating agents, context, data, and governance into a single system, helping teams simplify their AI governance, improve outcomes, build trusted agents grounded in governed enterprise knowledge, and more.
Celonis and Valence Intelligence Launch a Solution for Managing Deductions and Disputes
Celonis, a global Process Intelligence provider, in collaboration with Valence Intelligence, an agentic channel deductions management platform, has launched the Celonis Deductions & Disputes Manager by Valence. The new application aims to help Finance teams intelligently improve and automate their deductions processes, accelerate resolution times from weeks to days, and maximize revenue recovery. Liam Mawe, Global VP of AI and Industries at Celonis, says, “Together, we are helping customers transform a slow, reactive process into a streamlined digital operation that protects cash flow and profitability.”
Conexiom and Epicor Expand Their Partnership
Conexiom, an AI company for order and invoice automation, has expanded its strategic partnership with Epicor, the global ERP software provider. As part of the collaboration, the companies are launching an integration that allows Conexiom and Epicor’s Eclipse and Prophet 21 users to streamline order-to-cash cycles. The integration will also provide teams with access to comprehensive AI-driven order and invoice automations—for sales orders, AP invoices, vendor acknowledgments, requests for quotes, and more—empowering them with the resources they need to maximize operational efficiency.
LearnUpon Debuts Its Agentic Learning Platform
LearnUpon has announced the official launch of its Agentic Learning Platform (ALP). Built to “reimagine” how organizations unlock human capability and potential, LearnUpon designed the platform to set a new future for the LMS market by turning it from “a passive administrative system into an intelligent, strategic partner.” At the center of the solution is LearnUpon IQ, an integrated intelligence layer that provides the governance, strategic direction, and human control necessary when delivering personalized learning at scale. It uses an open-protocol server (MCP) to securely connect external agents and AI tools to a company’s learning data, allowing them to pull live reporting insights directly into their preferred AI workspace.
Oracle Launches an AI-Native Builder Experience for Agentic Applications
Oracle has announced a new AI-native builder experience for Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications. With this new offering, customers and partners can create and run Fusion Agentic Applications natively within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Specifically, the AI-native builder experience brings a no-code, low-code, and pro-code development environment into a cohesive Fusion-native framework. This enables business users to start with natural language using the Agentic Applications Builder, while developers and partners can use the new AI Studio Skill to build with Visual Studio Code, standard command-line interfaces, Git-based workflows, and AI coding agents or assistants.
Parsec Automation Shares Findings From Its 2026 State of Manufacturing Industry Report
Parsec Automation, a manufacturing software provider, has released its 2026 State of Manufacturing Industry Report, a global survey of 1,200 manufacturing leaders across executive, operational, and technical roles. According to the report’s results, 72 percent of manufacturers have adopted AI, but only 10 percent have done so at scale; the number of manufacturers who have begun adopting generative AI is going up; 71 percent of manufacturers describe their supply chains as resilient; and more leaders are concerned about being overly hesitant with AI than they are about being too aggressive.
Pegasystems Unveils the Enhancements Available in Pega Infinity 26
Pegasystems, an enterprise AI software company, has announced the general availability of Pega Infinity 26, an AI product suite built to help enterprises scale AI with confidence. The suite combines advanced agentic AI with built-in governance and a pricing model that eliminates consumption-based AI charges. Kerim Akgonul, chief product officer, Pega, says, “Pega Infinity 26 removes two of the biggest barriers to success–unpredictable outcomes and unpredictable costs–by building governance into AI-driven workflows and aligning pricing with completed work. This gives organizations a clear path to transforming mission-critical operations with AI.”
Scrum.org Adds a New Training Course to Its Learning Platform
Scrum.org, the Home of Scrum, has added a new self-paced training course, Estimation and Planning for Scrum Teams, to its online learning platform. Students who enroll in the new course will learn how to effectively estimate, plan, and forecast product delivery by implementing proven techniques to make data-driven decisions. For example, the course covers practical techniques for creating realistic, evidence-based forecasts in complex environments, and explores how empiricism, probability, visualization, and estimation can improve planning, help communicate uncertainty, and build stakeholder confidence.
