Aptean, a global enterprise software provider, has acquired Principal Logistics Technologies (“PLT”), a warehouse management and supply chain optimization software solutions provider. The acquisition will help Aptean add new capabilities to its warehouse and supply chain management offerings for wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, importers, and 3PLs. Peter Flanagan, the CEO and founder at PLT, says, “Together with Aptean, we are excited to offer our customers even more solutions to help manage and optimize their warehouse and supply chain operations.”

Axios HQ Announces a New AI-Powered Assistant
Axios HQ—an internal comms software and service provider—has announced a new AI-powered assistant to enhance its software’s functionalities. Built “for communicators by communicators,” the assistant can offer strategic advice based on a company’s ongoing communications, remind users to follow up on relevant topics, analyze lengthy content, coach collaborators, and more. Axios HQ also announced that Paul Pedrazzi has joined the company as its first Chief Product Officer. Pedrazzi has over twenty years of product innovation and leadership experience from companies like Salesforce, CA Technologies, and Taleo.

Cognizant has announced a five-year strategic collaboration with Victory Capital Holdings, a diversified global asset management firm.
