BambooHR, an HR software platform for small and mid-sized businesses, has introduced Bamboo AI, an embedded system of AI agents and intelligence built into the BambooHR platform. Bamboo AI was purpose-built to elevate HR and empower human users by promoting better decision-making, increasing productivity, boosting employee engagement, and accelerating how work gets done. The Bamboo AI suite can instantly generate report previews, create custom reports, streamline payroll processes, analyze payroll periods to spot anomalies, and empower teams with Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections that bring Bamboo AI’s intelligence into ChatGPT, Claude, and other workplace AI tools.
Certinia Acquires Moonnox
Certinia, a global provider of AI-powered Professional Services Automation (PSA), has acquired Moonnox, an AI-native services delivery platform purpose-built for the professional services sector. The acquisition will help Certinia accelerate its expansion into AI-native service delivery and empower it to offer customers day-one access to a new suite of AI agents that automate administration, project management, and project deliverables. The acquisition will also extend Veda, Certinia’s AI System of Action, with new capabilities that accelerate service delivery through foundational master agents and out-of-the-box agents, unlocking real-time context and collective intelligence for your organization.
Cleo Updates Its Chargeback Prevention Solution
Cleo, a global provider of AI-native supply chain orchestration solutions, has announced a significant update to its Chargeback Prevention solution for retail suppliers. The release introduces three new major capabilities: AI-Powered Anomaly Detection, Dynamic Insights, and 3PL Order Intelligence. Together, these additions will enable Cleo’s agents to automatically analyze data patterns, proactively surface risks and demand signals, equip teams with personalized information in real-time, and extend Cleo’s live order views into warehousing and 3PL fulfillment workflows.
Netchex Details Mesh, a Team of AI HR Teammates
Netchex, a payroll and human capital management (HCM) platform for deskless workforces, has announced Mesh, a team of AI HR teammates designed to anticipate problems and complete work before anyone asks. The “founding roster” of agents includes a payroll assistant, a people ops coordinator, a compliance and risk analyst, a workforce analyst, an employee concierge, and a service partner. Mesh is now rolling out to Netchex customers, beginning with early access, and the company says it will introduce additional agents to the suite over time.
Panopto Launches New Knowledge Intelligence Capabilities
Panopto, an AI-powered video knowledge management platform, has announced a new generation of knowledge intelligence capabilities to help companies instantly discover, understand, reuse, and apply the internal expertise that’s already been captured in video. At the heart of these capabilities is AI Search, a tool that enables employees and learners to ask questions in natural language and receive synthesized answers drawn directly from their organization’s video knowledge. Each response will also include links to the precise moments in the source recordings where the information appears, so users can quickly verify the answer and explore relevant context.
Paylocity Releases the Ignite AI Suite
Paylocity, a provider of HCM, Finance, and IT solutions, has launched Paylocity Ignite AI, a platform-wide AI that uses agents to automate manual work, reduce risk, and enable teams to move faster. Ignite AI is embedded throughout Paylocity’s platform, bringing data, insights, and automation into moments where decisions are made and valuable work gets done. The purpose-built agents included in the launch will automate tasks across pay, time, recruiting, and other areas where work can be slowed down. Finally, Paylocity has debuted the Ignite AI Hub, a centralized dashboard for measuring business impact, monitoring adoption, controlling which agents are active, and identifying new opportunities for automation.
project44 Unveils a Conversational AI Supply Chain Analyst
project44, a Decision Intelligence Platform for the modern supply chain, has announced Mo, a conversational AI supply chain analyst built directly into the company’s platform. TeamViewer, a digital workplace management solution provider, has announced a strategic partnership with ServiceNow, an AI “control tower” for business reinvention. As part of their collaboration, TeamViewer’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Remote Connectivity solutions will be integrated with the ServiceNow AI Platform, enabling customers to extend their enterprise IT operations from manual intervention toward autonomous management with end-to-end agentic workflows. The companies are also assigning sales and marketing resources to pursue a global go-to-market motion across IT Service Management, Field Service Management, and Customer Service Management.
