Cognizant Acquires Belcan, an Engineering Research & Development (ER&D) Service Provider

Cognizant has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Belcan, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners and a global provider of Engineering Research & Development (ER&D) services.
