Conga Announces a New Contract Lifecycle Management Offering
Conga, a revenue lifecycle management provider, has announced a new offering for its Conga Platform, which adds a full SaaS alternative to its traditional, Salesforce-based user interface. The AI-enhanced contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution is available on the Conga Platform and offers users a CLM interface capable of integrating with other CRM, ERP, and procurement platforms. Creatio Raises $200 Million, Achieves a $1.2 Billion Valuation
Creatio, a no-code platform provider for CRM and enterprise workflow management, has announced a $200 million capital raise, bringing its total valuation to $1.2 billion. Sapphire Ventures led the investment round, which also included StepStone Group and current investors Volition Capital and Horizon Capital. The funding round is a minority investment focused on driving Creatio’s global expansion efforts. Katherine Kostereva, CEO of Creatio, says, “With this investment, we will continue to disrupt the traditional enterprise software approach, helping our clients to accelerate time-to-value and use technology as a competitive differentiation in their business.”
