ARIS Launches a New Task Mining Solution in Partnership with ProcessMaker
ARIS, a process intelligence provider, has announced details on ARIS Task Mining by ProcessMaker, a new product in the ARIS Suite designed to integrate system and manual processes. The product is the result of a partnership between ARIS and ProcessMaker, which aims to help organizations remove blind spots in their processes, enabling them to optimize their work, increase the automation of key processes, and more. Alex George, CEO of ProcessMaker, says, “Collaborating with ARIS enables us to bring the power of Task Mining and process automation to a much broader global audience. Together, we are equipping organizations with the tools they need to design, simulate, run, and optimize operations and achieve success.”
Cleo and Programmers.io Announce a New Partnership
Cleo, a global integration software provider, announced a new partnership with Programmers.io, a services provider of AI enablement and technology solutions for businesses across the manufacturing, transportation, insurance, and retail markets. The strategic partnership between the companies will combine Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) with Programmers.io’s technical expertise. Together, they will provide organizations with tailored EDI and API integrations capable of seamlessly scaling with business operations and their customer demands grow.
Crusoe Debuts New Managed Services for its Platform
Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure provider, has announced two new managed services on its Crusoe Cloud platform, accelerated by NVIDIA. The new services—Crusoe Managed Inference and Crusoe AutoClusters—will equip teams with rapid development tools, agentic AI workflows, easy-to-use UI, proactive monitoring, automated node replacement, streamlined provisioning functionalities, and intelligent managed orchestration. Crusoe AutoClusters also supports orchestration through Slurm, Kubernetes, and other platform services.
GoTo Releases a Communication Platform for Automotive Dealerships
GoTo, a cloud communications and IT company, has launched GoTo Connect for Automotive, a new AI-powered communications platform purpose-built for automotive dealerships. With this platform, dealerships benefit from extensive CRM integrations, access to modern communication channels, and real-time multi-rooftop reporting tools to optimize outcomes and allow customers to communicate on their preferred channels. This will make it easier for sales teams to prioritize high-value leads, deliver personalized follow-ups informed by practical AI insights, and streamline appointment scheduling so service teams can keep customers informed.
Phenom and Deloitte Share Details on its Strategic Alliance
Phenom, an AI-powered talent experience provider, has announced a strategic alliance with Deloitte. The alliance is the “next step” in the companies’ long-standing relationship and will focus on helping joint clients unlock new additive value. Progress Releases Over 50 UI Components for Free

QAD Appoints a New CEO
QAD, a provider of cloud-based solutions for manufacturers and supply chains, has appointed Sanjay Brahmawar as its new CEO. Brahmawar succeeds Anton Chilton, who is stepping back after over twenty years of service but will remain available through May 2025 to ensure a smooth transition. Throughout his career, Brahmawar has held several leadership roles at global companies, most recently as the CEO of Software AG. He’s also held several senior positions at IBM and various roles at companies like PwC, FedEx, DSM, and Honda.
SAP Introduces New Capabilities to its SAP Signavio Solution
SAP, a global enterprise application software provider, has announced an AI-assisted process modeler capability for its SAP Signavio solution suite. With this GenAI-powered feature, SAP Signavio users can enhance the user experience, maximize efficiency, and reduce barriers to entry for expert disciplines, including process mining and modeling. The company also debuted a text-to-process feature capable of transforming textual descriptions into Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) diagrams, helping teams accelerate the creation of process diagrams and transform how they document their processes.
ServiceNow Acquires Moveworks
ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Moveworks, an agentic AI assistant provider. The acquisition will combine ServiceNow’s agentic AI and automation strengths with Moveworks’ front-end AI Assistant and enterprise search technologies. This will help companies automate everyday tasks, increase productivity, benefit from perceptive AI-based enterprise searches, and more. Zoho Announces Projects Plus, a New Collaborative Platform
Zoho Corporation, a global technology company, has launched Projects Plus, a flexible, collaborative platform that provides mid-sized and large organizations with data- and intelligence-driven project management capabilities. Projects Plus leverages the native integration of four Zoho applications—Projects, WorkDrive, Analytics, and Sprints—to provide teams with asynchronous collaboration, seamless file management, real-time business intelligence, and Agile or Waterfall workflows. The Projects Plus offering can integrate with third-party software like Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and other tools.
