Accenture has expanded its AI Refinery platform by launching a new AI agent builder designed to help customers build and customize agents faster. The new agent builder aims to “democratize” the creation of AI agents by enabling decision-makers to create and customize agent teams based on changing business needs or market conditions. Additionally, the company announced that it’s growing its collection of pre-configured industry agent solutions, which will help clients quickly scale networks of AI agents throughout their enterprise.
Acumatica Details the Features Available in its 2025 R1 Product Release
Acumatica, a business management solution provider, has announced the general availability of the 2025 R1 product release for Acumatica Cloud ERP. With this update, Acumatica will introduce enhanced usability, industry-specific innovations, and AI-driven automation capabilities for small and mid-sized businesses across key industries. Additionally, via Acumatica AI Studio, the 2025 RI release will deliver AI-driven tools, including anomaly detection for improved data accuracy and accounts payable (AP) document recognition functionalities to streamline financial workflows.
Aisera Debuts a Global Partner Program
Aisera, an agentic AI platform for the enterprise, has launched a Global Partner Program to enable system integrators, technology partners, and strategic alliances to provide transformative Agentic AI solutions to enterprises. The program will offer multi-tiered partnership options, including comprehensive training programs, joint marketing initiatives, sales enablement resources, co-selling opportunities, referral programs, and deal registration protection. Partners will also receive access to Aisera’s product roadmap, developer resources, and API documentation.
Beroe Expands its Procurement Solution Suite by Acquiring nnamu
Beroe, a provider of procurement decision intelligence, has acquired nnamu, a negotiation technology business that has created the world’s first game theory-based AI agent. nnamu’s technology uses advanced game theory principles to recommend and deliver optimal negotiation strategies, helping teams generate substantial cost savings and improve their total cost of ownership. Vel Dhinagaravel, founder and CEO of Beroe, says, “With this acquisition, Beroe is paving the way for procurement professionals to access advanced AI and game theory concepts, revolutionizing how procurement professionals negotiate with their suppliers.”
Capgemini and NVIDIA Detail a New Collaboration
Capgemini has introduced several customized agentic solutions, designed in collaboration with NVIDIA, to accelerate clients’ enterprise AI adoption. By combining Capgemini’s deep industry expertise with NVIDIA’s state-of-the-art technology, companies will benefit from faster time-to-value, agile implementation processes for AI agents, and more. Additionally, through the collaboration, Capgemini will help organizations address strategic objectives, including rapid prototyping, seamless integration of AI agent capabilities, compliance, and scalability.
Deloitte Releases the Zora AI Platform
Deloitte has announced details on Zora AI, a platform designed to offer companies a suite of ready-to-deploy agents capable of executing complex business functions autonomously. The Zora AI platform is built on NVIDIA AI and backed by Deloitte’s extensive business knowledge, engineering skills, global scale, and business experience. Jason Girzadas, the CEO of Deloitte US, says, “Our vision with Zora AI is to assist our clients in their transition into this new era, where agents and employees interact to reinvent business processes and unlock new sources of business value, growth, and innovation for their organizations.”
Hyland Appoints a Chief Customer Officer
Hyland, a unified content, process, and application intelligence solution provider, has appointed Rob Kaloustian as its Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In this role, Kaloustian will be responsible for leading Hyland’s customer success, services, support, and renewals teams, helping customers maximize the value of their Hyland solutions while driving innovation and business transformation. Additionally, Kaloustian will help the company enhance its service capabilities, drive customer satisfaction efforts, and expand its strategic partnerships.
Kore.ai Announces the Kore.ai Agent Platform
Kore.ai, a global enterprise AI company, has announced the Kore.ai Agent Platform, an enterprise-grade multi-agent orchestration infrastructure designed to help businesses develop, deploy, and manage agentic applications at scale. OneDigital—an insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm—has announced the full national launch of Impact Studio, a platform built to consolidate the various tools used by OneDigital consultants. The Impact Studio platform is built on a scalable, cloud-based architecture and will offer its users a collection of advanced integration capabilities and seamless data exchanges across employee benefits and retirement, all from a single platform. With this consolidated solution, OneDigital will enable employees to control costs, maximize their investment, and stay ahead of evolving workforce trends.
Oracle Outlines the New Improvements Available in Java 24
Oracle has announced the release of Java 24, the latest version of the global programming language and development platform. Java 24 (Oracle JDK 24) introduces “thousands” of improvements to help development teams maximize productivity and drive innovation. Those enhancements cover everything from the platform’s performance to its runtime, security libraries, language features, stability, source code, and more. The announcement was made during the JavaOne 2025 conference in Redwood Shores, CA, which ran from March 18th to 20th.
Oracle and NVIDIA Detail a New Integration
Oracle also announced a “first-of-its-kind” integration with NVIDIA that connects Oracle’s AI infrastructure and generative AI services with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and inference software. The integration will make 160+ AI tools and 100+ NVIDIA NIM microservices natively available via the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Console. The companies also announced that they are collaborating on the no-code deployment of Oracle and NVIDIA AI Blueprints and will work together to accelerate AI vector search in Oracle Database 23ai with the NVIDIA cuVS library.
Pipefy Introduces New AI Agents to its Process Automation Solution
Pipefy, a process automation platform, has introduced new AI Agents to its solution. Pipefy’s AI Agents are AI-based systems that can be autonomous or supervised and are designed to perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with an environment. The agents will leverage advanced algorithms and natural language to autonomously adapt to user behavior and deliver accurate results to users. The platform will focus on being an agent orchestrator capable of being flexible and compatible with the technologies already in a client’s infrastructure.
Precisely Adds New Enhancements to its Automate SAP Data API
Precisely—a global data integrity solution provider—has announced significant advancements to its Automate SAP Data API, which is designed to streamline complex SAP ERP integrations and accelerate digital transformation efforts for enterprise organizations. The new updates introduced mass upload capabilities, improved reporting features, no-code/low-code development for Automate Studio scripts, additional compliance and governance tools, and simplified end-to-end process automation between SAP ERP and other enterprise systems.
SAP Details its New Joule-Powered AI Capabilities
SAP, an enterprise application and business AI company, has announced new Joule-powered AI capabilities for its SAP Build Process Automation and SAP Build Apps offerings. The new features will complement the previously released AI capabilities in SAP Build Code and ABAP Cloud to equip developers with AI-infused tools that help them deliver precise, contextualized outcomes. SC Codeworks, a flexible warehouse management solution, has announced several updates to its Warehouse Management System (WMS).
