Camunda, an agentic automation company, has announced new integrations with ServiceNow designed to help enterprises orchestrate long-running, end-to-end processes across different systems, people, automation tools, and AI agents. Specifically, a Camunda connector for calling ServiceNow APIs is now on the Camunda Marketplace, and a certified Camunda Spoke is available on the ServiceNow Store. With these integrations, businesses can model and execute processes in Camunda using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Decision Model and Notation (DMN) standards, while keeping ServiceNow as the system of record.

HighByte, an industrial software company, has released version 4.3 of the HighByte Intelligence Hub. The update expands support for the adoption of agentic AI on the factory floor.
