Certinia Receives an Investment From TA Associates
Certinia, a professional services automation solution provider, has received an investment from TA Associates, a global private equity firm. The investment will support Certinia’s continued growth. Haveli Investments will retain a majority position in Certinia, with existing investors General Atlantic and Salesforce Ventures also maintaining their meaningful takes in the business. DJ Paoni, CEO of Certinia, says, “Over the last 18 months…we’ve achieved major growth milestones—including surpassing one million monthly active users—and TA’s investment is a strong validation of Certinia’s positive momentum and the value our solutions deliver to our customers every day.”
Cleo and IndSoft Detail a New Partnership
Cleo, an ecosystem integration software provider, has partnered with IndSoft, an IT consulting services company. The partnership will combine Cleo’s Integration Cloud technology with IndSoft’s managed services team, enabling customers in the consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals sectors to leverage a collection of cloud-based integration solutions capable of streamlining B2B processes, driving operational efficiencies, and providing any-to-any integrations for trading partners.
Coupa Appoints a Chief Financial Officer
Coupa, a margin multiplier company, has appointed Michael Agresta as its Chief Financial Officer. Agresta has nearly twenty years of financial leadership experience at private and public companies, having previously served as CFO at Pluralsight and other financial positions at brands like Skupos, Marketo, Eventbrite, and Deloitte. Progress Introduces New Features to its Sitefinity Solution

Rubicon Technology Partners, a private equity firm focusing on middle-market software investment, has completed a $500 million single-asset continuation fund to extend its ongoing partnership with Cin7, a global cloud-based inventory management solutions provider. CVC Secondary Partners was the lead investor, with participation from institutional investors like Ares Management funds, funds managed by BlackRock, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Schroders Capital.
