Camunda Introduces New Agentic Capabilities

Camunda, an enterprise agentic automation company, has announced several new agentic capabilities at its annual CamundaCon in New York City. With this release, the company is introducing features to simplify deployment, maximize security, and provide teams with greater flexibility for designing and orchestrating AI agents. The additions include an AI agent connector, Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector, composable short-term memory for AI agents, and more. The update also introduces support for streamlined deployments using a new Orchestration Cluster that consolidates Zeebe, Operate, Tasklist, and Identity into a single application.

Cleo Launches an Invoice Solution for Suppliers

Cleo, an AI-native supply chain orchestration solution provider, has launched Cleo InvoicePay, an embedded invoice financing solution to help suppliers unlock immediate cash flow from their invoices. The new solution is Cleo’s first offering within its suite of supply chain financing offerings, and it aims to accelerate supplier cash inflow by facilitating early payment for issued invoices. For example, suppliers can now receive payments within 24 hours, rather than having to wait a month or more. Cleo InvoicePay is available to any suppliers transacting business with Cleo’s Web EDI Fulfillment Portal and Supplier Portal solutions.

Epicor Reveals a New ERP AI Agent

Epicor, a global enterprise software provider, has announced Epicor Prism Business Communications, an ERP AI agent with outcomes-based pricing. The solution can automate RFQ workflows and accelerate supplier communications, enabling supply chain businesses to reduce cycle time, minimize manual work, and make faster, more informed purchasing decisions. It’s also designed to meet users on email communication channels they use daily, eliminating the need for separate portals or predefined templates.
