ECI Software Solutions has announced<\/a> its acquisition of Deacom, Inc., a global provider of ERP software solutions for process and batch manufacturers. While terms of the transaction were not disclosed, Deacom will be joining ECI’s Manufacturing Division and help it continue to serve discrete manufacturers and job shops worldwide. The acquisition will also help ECI expand its client base with more batch and process manufacturing companies.<\/p>\n

ECI Software Solutions is a provider of cloud-based technologies and industry-specific business software solutions. For over thirty years, the privately-held company has served small to medium-sized manufacturing, wholesale, retail, distribution, construction, and field service organizations. Services include a suite of implementation, consultations, management, analytics, support, and product-specific training to help business owners streamline their day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n

With Deacom, Inc.’s DEACOM ERP platform as part of its Manufacturing Division, ECI can expand its services for process manufacturing clients by offering them a single product capable of integrating all the modules and tools they need to succeed. These include warehouse management, e-commerce functionalities, quality control, and direct delivery services.<\/p>\n
