Aptean has announced<\/a> the acquisition of Objective Holding, a manufacturing execution (MES) and warehouse management (WMS) system provider for clients across the process and discrete manufacturing sectors. The transaction will help Aptean expand its supply chain and manufacturing offerings in Europe while also broadening the solutions Objective already offers to its customers. Aptean acquired the Belgium-based company with funds from and managed by Alpina Capital Partners LLP and private shareholders.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company’s ERP, supply chain, manufacturing execution, transportation management, product lifecycle, customer experience, warehouse management, and other products can help businesses of all sizes scale and succeed in their industry of choice. With the acquisition of Objective, Aptean is expanding its product offering with a suite of solutions and functionalities. These include manufacturing execution systems (MES), warehouse management systems (WMS), workforce management (WFM), material management, kitting, production management, re-packing, value-added logistics, and quality management. The two companies will help their respective customers expand their capabilities and improve their manufacturing and supply chain processes.<\/p>\n
