The updates on the Automation Success Platform will provide employees with AARI, updated process discovery tools for identifying the best ROI automation opportunities, new document automation technologies, citizen development capabilities, and the Automation Pathfinder Program.<\/p>\n Automation Anywhere also revealed that it secured $200 million in financing from Silicon Valley Bank, Hercules Capital, Inc., and SVB Capital. The funds will provide the company with strategic and operational capital for the next several years. Mihir Shukla\u2014CEO and co-founder of Automation Anywhere\u2014says, “We continue to be optimistic about the near-term opportunities for Automation Anywhere, as more companies scale automation and use the flexibility of our cloud platform to mitigate the impact of global events and navigate market challenges. The financing enables us to expand on our mission to unleash human potential by helping every company build a digital workforce and succeed with automation.”<\/p>\n Camunda, a process orchestration software provider, has released Camunda Platform 8.1. The latest version of its platform introduces a new integration framework to help teams develop reusable connectors, out-of-the-box connectors for Self-Managed and SaaS users, and strategic partnerships with system integrators. Other updates include enhancements to Camunda’s form designer tool, new geo-regions for SaaS customers, and more. Camunda Platform 8.1 launches on October 11th.<\/p>\n Epicor has acquired eFlex Systems, a cloud-based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution provider. The acquisition will help Epicor expand its portfolio of Advanced MES capabilities and provide manufacturers with advanced process control, real-time visibility tools, digital work instructions, and other tools for modernizing production environments. eFlex Systems’ acquisition will also help Epicor customers digitize processes, leverage IoT devices, and connect to their environment with open protocols and tools.<\/p>\n IRIS Software Group, a global provider of accountancy solutions, has launched an Employee Self-Service (ESS) module for Payroll Relief, a live payroll processing software from AccountantsWorld By IRIS. With this solution, accountants can provide clients with an improved, streamlined process for onboarding employees onto the payroll system. Businesses can use the module to improve human resource processes and maintain compliance with centralized employee training management. Meanwhile, employees can use the module to access, enter, and update their payroll profiles, join training sessions, and modify personal information 24\/7.<\/p>\n Paperless Parts\u2014an estimating and quoting software for contract manufacturers and job shops\u2014has announced that it’s extending its strategic partnership with ECI Software Solutions. As part of the partnership, the company will release a new integration between its quoting platform and JobBOSS\u00b2, ECI’s manufacturing-specific ERP platform. The integration will help customers reduce manual data entry in multiple systems, streamline operations, turn around quotes efficiently, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n Kantata, a global provider of technology solutions for professional services, has partnered with Sage to develop a financial management and professional services automation platform. The Kantata-Sage Intacct integration lets users synchronize all data associated with various accounts receivable, accounts payable, projects, and revenue. These capabilities can help customers eliminate manual data entry, improve project invoice visibility, generate accurate revenue forecasts, improve team communication, and more. The integration is available on the\u00a0 Sage Intacct marketplace.<\/p>\n Trademo, a global supply chain intelligence provider, recently launched a new platform to help companies meet import-export compliance norms, determine landed costs, manage cross-border taxes, classify HS\/HTS codes, and participate in global chains. The new platform, Trademo Compliance, is designed to collect and normalize global trade compliance data from federal and government authorities, providing users with the up-to-date, verified content they need to remain compliant in significant markets.
