With this new, cost-effective, “a la carte” ERP offering, small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) in the batch and process manufacturing markets digitally transform their company. Deacom Solutions is designed to provide a customizable, scalable, cloud-based ERP platform to small and medium-sized businesses with revenue between $5 and $50 million.<\/p>\n Genpact, a global professional services firm, has expanded its partnership with o9 Solutions, an enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) software platform. The expanded partnership will cover the joint development of a planning-as-a-service offering that combines o9 Solution’s generative AI, machine learning, and digital intelligence capabilities with Genpact’s expertise in digital innovation, supply chain transformation, process improvement, and digital operation management.<\/p>\n Infor, the industry cloud solution provider, has announced that the Infor Marketplace now supports over 150 unique solutions. Alongside the announcement, Infor released the Ask ChatGPT widget, a new tool that combines ChatGPT’s capabilities with the business context information available in Infor’s cloud environment. This new offering will help Infor clients use OpenAI’s ChatGPT technology to ask specific questions, helping decrease the time-to-value for new employees.<\/p>\n Kissflow, a low-code platform provider, has introduced a new governance layer. The governance layer will provide a “digital footprint” of user activity within Kissflow’s platform, providing companies with deeper visibility into the processes and applications created by its users. It will also equip the platform with additional safeguards against unauthorized data utilization. It enables enterprises to track who makes, uses, or moves processes, apps, and data in the system or external systems.<\/p>\n Oracle NetSuite recently announced details on NetSuite Guided Learning, a new offering that provides step-by-step guidance to help users learn about the system’s functionality and features. With the role-based and critical task contextual learning guides, users can learn how to personalize a dashboard, create shortcuts in NetSuite, and more. NetSuite Guided Learning will become available to all licensed NetSuite customers later this year at no additional cost.<\/p>\n Osa Commerce, a supply chain technology provider, has announced a new strategic partnership with Techdinamics, a global technology team with roots in the fulfillment industry. The partnership will help the companies empower brands, retailers, and third-party logistics (3PLs) providers to execute digital innovation strategies, increase cost savings, maximize revenue growth, drive operational optimization, and develop a collaborative ecosystem that harnesses the potential of people, processes, and platforms.<\/p>\n Parsec Automation, a manufacturing operations management (MOM) software provider, has received a significant recapitalized led by BVP Forge. The investment from BVP Forge will help Parsec accelerate future growth, scale its platform, and maximize customer impact.
