The expanded partnership between Appian and EY will help clients simplify and modernize their processes with technologies like AI, process automation, data fabric, and low-code, making it easier to deliver memorable customer experiences, work more efficiently, and customize solutions to meet specific needs.<\/p>\n Certinia, a platform provider for services businesses, has announced new AI capabilities and enhancements for its Services-as-a-Business platform. These new features will equip users with “time-saving” accounting, resource planning, and forecasting features from a single interface. Additionally, with Certinia AI, service businesses can utilize new capabilities for enhancing margin optimization, using project delivery insights to mitigate risks in scheduled work, and increasing the accuracy of cash flow predictions.<\/p>\n Cognizant has announced its plans to acquire Thirdera, an Elite ServiceNow Partner specializing in advisory, implementation, and optimization solutions related to ServiceNow’s platform. The acquisition will help Cognizant expand its ServiceNow Business Group and offer clients a comprehensive experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem by providing them with professional service capabilities in ServiceNow workflows and emerging products, including generative AI. The acquisition is expected to close in January 2024.<\/p>\n Fieldbin, a field service management (FSM) software provider, has announced several new features that are available now and coming early in 2024. The new tools include a PDF Engine, currency switching capabilities, additional two-way SMS communications, Stripe improvements for access management, and a skills and categories tagging feature for employees. These updates will help users create PDFs with custom fields, generate invoices using local currencies, make it easier for contractors to align their employees with specific tasks, provide better contact between contractors and customers, and improve how users manage payment administrators.<\/p>\n Nintex\u2014a process intelligence and automation solution provider\u2014has acquired Skuid, a low-code cloud platform that helps operational leaders design and develop business applications for their teams and departments. As part of the Nintex portfolio, Skuid will help companies unify data from across the organization, develop use case-specific interfaces, build and deploy purpose-built applications without writing code, and extend the application to trigger workflows, tasks, and document automation.<\/p>\n Solutions Review recently celebrated the success of Insight Jam LIVE 2023, the annual element of Insight Jam, an always-on community for enterprise tech end-users, experts, and solution providers.
