With that in mind, here is some of the top WorkTech news for January 12th.<\/p>\n Accenture has completed its acquisition of OnProcess Technology, a supply chain managed services provider that helps companies improve their inventory management and solve service challenges. The acquisition will expand Accenture’s supply chain delivery capabilities with integrated after-sales operations, providing clients with the services they need to optimize operational efficiencies, improve customer experiences, and support a sustainable supply chain. OnProcess Technology’s team of over 1,500 people will bring their subject-matter expertise to Accenture Operations.<\/p>\n Agiloft, a data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution provider, has announced a new generative AI capability to help companies streamline the negotiation process and increase the speed of redlining, negotiating, and agreeing on contract terms. The new capability uses generative AI to understand approved clauses, review third-party contract language to identify areas of misalignment, compose redlines that match the third-party contract language with any preferred phrasing, and reduce the number of back-and-forth negotiations between parties.<\/p>\n Cleo, an ecosystem integration software provider, has announced that it’s opening a new, larger officer in Bangalore, India, to accommodate its current business and continue to support its global growth. The new location will help the company reinforce that growth with 24\/7 product innovation and better customer delivery and support coverage. Cleo currently has over 400 employees worldwide, with 150 in Bangalore.<\/p>\n Configit, a configuration lifecycle management (CLM) solution provider, has announced that its CLM SaaS solution, Configit Ace, is now available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Configit customers can now use the Microsoft-validated SaaS solution on the Azure cloud platform and benefit from streamlined deployment and management processes. Johan Salenstedt, the CEO at Configit, says, “We believe that this strategic step will help accelerate our growth, allow us to reach a wider range of customers, and provide additional value to our global customer base.”<\/p>\n IFS, a global cloud enterprise software company, has promoted Mark Moffat to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Before joining IFS, Moffat was previously IFS’s Chief Customer Officer and held several senior positions at PwC. He will be taking over from Darren Roos, who will now operate as the company’s Chair of the Board, taking over for Jonas Persson. Both appointments are effective immediately and will help the company continue to build on its existing business strategies, organic growth, and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n Rootstock Software, a manufacturing cloud ERP provider, has launched its QuickStart Implementation for Manufacturers methodology, designed to help mid-sized manufacturers improve how they adopt cloud-based ERP solutions. The QuickStart methodology is based on Rootstock’s industry expertise and implementation best practices and uses pre-configured settings, templates, and a user-friendly wizard to streamline the go-live process. It also includes access to customer support services, peer-to-peer engagement via the Rootstock Community, and in-depth training offerings through the Rootstock Learning Center.<\/p>\n SAP, an enterprise application software provider, has announced two changes to its executive board. These changes include a new Board area focused on Customer Services & Delivery. Led by Thomas Saueressig, who joined SAP’s Executive Board in 2019, this new division will launch on April 1st and focus on accelerating cloud growth and adoption while ensuring customers continue embracing continuous innovation in the cloud. Also, Muhammad Alam will join the company’s Executive Board as Thomas Saueressig’s successor, assuming responsibility for SAP’s product engineering efforts.<\/p>\n Tray.io\u2014an AI-powered, multi-experience iPaaS provider\u2014has announced its new Tray Advantage program, which offers a suite of new services designed to equip companies with the operational support and educational resources they need to accelerate their enterprise integration and automation initiatives. The program includes self-guided learning programs via Tray Academy, global support services, and a library of composable templates. It also empowers users with supplemental project-based development services that enable them to co-develop projects with Tray.io experts, expand their organization’s adoption of automation strategies, and work alongside Tray.io’s extensive partner network.<\/p>\n VAI, an ERP software developer, has partnered with Proton, an AI-powered customer relationship management (CRMO) solution built for distribution companies. The partnership will involve VAI integrating Proton into its solution suite for mid-market B2B companies, enhancing its revenue-generating solutions and services portfolio.
