With that in mind, here is some of the top WorkTech news for January 26th.<\/p>\n BillingPlatform, an enterprise revenue lifecycle management platform, has received a $90 million growth equity investment from FTV Capital, a sector-focused growth equity investor with over twenty-five years of experience in the enterprise technology, financial services, and transaction processing markets. The investment will help BillingPlatform expand its market growth, enable new revenue streams, optimize its go-to-market strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce revenue leakage. FTV Capital joins Columbia Capital as an institutional investor with a minority investment in BillingPlatform.<\/p>\n Cognizant has announced a collaboration with ServiceNow that will enhance Cognizant’s WorkNEXT modern workplace services offering with generative AI capabilities. With ServiceNow’s GenAI tools, Cognizant WorkNEXT can help enterprise clients transition from a transactional experience model to a ‘total experience’ model, focusing on experience, execution, engineering, and engagement solutions. The collaboration will also provide clients reduced lead times for deploying and training AI systems.<\/p>\n Configit, a configuration lifecycle management (CLM) solution provider, has appointed Max Mirbax as its Vice President of Global Partner Business. In his new role, Mirbaz will help the company develop and enhance its global partnerships, strengthen its market presence, and drive strategic growth initiatives. He will also manage Configit’s existing relationships, identify new partnership opportunities, and ensure those partnerships align with the company’s business goals.<\/p>\n Deloitte has acquired all of the assets of Giant Machines, a company that focuses on strategizing, designing, and engineering digital products. The acquisition will help expand Deloitte Digital and Deloitte Engineering capabilities, enabling the company to provide clients with services that deliver strategic, scaled engineering solutions. Giant Machines’ custom learning experiences will also join Deloitte’s existing suite of “award-winning” training programs for engineering talent.<\/p>\n Deloitte and UiPath have expanded their business alliance with a new focus on bringing AI-powered intelligent automation solutions to SAP implementations and operations. The expansion will be a “catalyst” to develop an AI-led delivery methodology and unique solutions for autonomous business operations. UiPath and Deloitte will also create a co-innovation market collaboration that combines Deloitte’s SAP implementation skillset and AI talent pool with UiPath’s AI and automation functionalities.<\/p>\n Eptura, a global worktech solution provider, has expanded its executive leadership team by appointing Fabrice Martin as Chief Product Officer and Sean Kearns as Chief Revenue Officer. It also appointed four new regional sales leaders overseeing company growth in North America, APAC, and EMEA. Martin brings years of experience in marketing, product management, enterprise sales, and entrepreneurship to Eptura, while Kearns will provide the company with his tech sales experience.<\/p>\n Newgen, a unified digital transformation platform provider, has announced the availability of its Guidewire Cloud-validated accelerators on the Guidewire Marketplace. This collaboration will provide Guidewire customers access to Newgen’s Contextual Content Services Cloud platform, providing them with improved customer experiences, increased productivity, enhanced user productivity, better regulatory requirement compliance, more collaboration with stakeholders, and faster turnaround times.<\/p>\n Oracle has announced the general availability of its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI service alongside innovations that will make it easier for organizations to utilize generative AI. With this announcement, the OCI Generative AI service now includes multilingual capabilities that support over one hundred languages, an updated GPU cluster management experience, and flexible options for fine-tuning with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Additionally, Oracle will embed its generative AI capabilities into its database portfolio, enabling users to develop AI-powered applications.<\/p>\n Rootstock Software, a manufacturing ERP solution provider, has revealed details on its new Implementation Certification, which will allow Rootstock partners to show prospective clients that they have the knowledge and expertise necessary to manage and complete an implementation.
