With that in mind, here is some of the top WorkTech news for May 17th.<\/p>\n Apromore\u2014an AI-driven process mining and simulation solution provider\u2014has announced a strategic partnership with Soroco, an AI and interaction data provider. The partnership will bring together Apromore’s process mining platform with Soroco’s Scout AI model to help organizations increase visibility and “operational excellence” by empowering them with an easy-to-use, no-code solution that gives them an in-depth understanding of their end-to-end business processes, makes it easy to identify areas for improvement, and curates more efficient business outcomes.<\/p>\n Camunda, an end-to-end process orchestration platform provider, has announced several capabilities to help companies implement AI into any process, make their automations more intelligent, maximize efficiencies, and move from a local implementation strategy to a more holistic automation approach. These capabilities include the Camunda Copilot, an AI-driven Modeler feature for Camunda Copilot, an AI-assisted form builder, and a suite of AI Connectors for Open AI, Azure OpenAI, and Hugging Face.<\/p>\n Analyst house Gartner, Inc. recently released the 2024 edition of its Magic Quadrant for Process Mining Tools, identifying eighteen of the marketplace’s most effective process mining vendors. The researchers behind the report\u2014Marc Kerremans, David Sugden, and Nick Duffy\u2014evaluated each listed vendor’s strengths and weaknesses, ranked them on the signature “Magic Quadrant” graph, and the editors at Solutions Review highlighted the updates worth knowing about.<\/p>\n Harness, a software delivery platform, has received $150 million in financing from Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), a division of First Citizens Bank, and Hercules Capital, Inc. The company will use the investment to expand its platform with several new modules, further integrate generative AI technologies into the platform, and continue to support its go-to-market engine. Jyoti Bansal<\/span>, the CEO and co-founder of Harness, says, “This funding enables our company to continue innovating at a record pace, transforming the software delivery lifecycle for today’s modern enterprises.”<\/p>\n Manhattan Associates\u2014a global supply chain and omnichannel commerce technology provider\u2014has announced Manhattan Active Supply Chain Planning (SCP), a unified business planning platform designed to enable bi-directional collaboration between a company’s supply chain planning and execution systems. With this new offering, Manhattan Associates will help planners evaluate relevant operational factors in real-time, making it easier to align their systems, inventory, and resources to common business objectives.<\/p>\n Manhattan Associates also announced details on Manhattan Active Maven and Manhattan Assist. Manhattan Active Mavin is a specialized GenAI solution built for customer service, and Manhattan Assist is an initiative that will add GenAI capabilities to all of the Manhattan Active solutions. This will help companies improve their consumer interactions, optimize how customers interact with Manhattan Associates’ solutions, reduce operational costs, and provide users with platform-level assistance across multiple personas, roles, and functions.<\/p>\n OutSystems, an enterprise low-code application development platform, recently showcased its latest generative AI capabilities at the Gartner Applications Innovation & Business Solutions Summit, which took place in Las Vegas between May 14th and 16th. The showcase follows OutSystems’ recent launch of its AI Agent Builder solution, designed to help companies integrate GenAI agents into their applications, and a new GenAI-powered customer support tool embedded in the OutSystems Support Portal. OutSystems also announced that its third annual Hackathon event, occurring in September, will center on AI innovation.<\/p>\n QorusDocs, an AI-powered proposal management software, has announced QPilot, a secure and private AI service designed to simplify creating pitches, proposals, and RFP responses for professional services firms. The QorusDocs QPilot service is built on Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service and provides companies with in-depth security and privacy for their private content libraries, past RFPs, proposals, and other internal content. It will also help businesses accelerate research, streamline workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 apps, and curate personalized content.<\/p>\n Siemens Digital Industries Software has expanded its partnership with Microsoft to make Siemens’ Xcelerator as a Service portfolio available via Microsoft’s Azure platform, starting with Siemens’ Teamcenter X software for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Integrating Teamcenter with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and Copilot for Microsoft 365 will help organizations maximize productivity and bring their products to market faster.<\/p>\n TrueCommerce\u2014a supply chain and trading partner connectivity, integration, and omnichannel solutions provider\u2014has revealed a new electronic data interchange (EDI) integration for SAP S\/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. The direct integration will enable TrueCommerce customers to connect and integrate their SAP systems with other trading partners and associated platforms, improving efficiency, compliance, and visibility across the supply chain.
