Petersen has over two decades of experience leading high-performing customer success and consulting teams across the enterprise software and automation industries. In his new role, where he will join Camunda’s executive leadership team, Petersen will lead a team of approximately one hundred employees in customer success, consulting, and support roles to help clients achieve their process orchestration goals.<\/p>\n Conga, a revenue lifecycle management provider, has announced a new offering for its Conga Platform, which adds a full SaaS alternative to its traditional, Salesforce-based user interface. The AI-enhanced contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution is available on the Conga Platform and offers users a CLM interface capable of integrating with other CRM, ERP, and procurement platforms. It can also provide more flexibility for customers by streamlining operations, connecting contract data with specific processes, eliminating internal silos, and making it easier to access contract terms.<\/p>\n Creatio, a no-code platform provider for CRM and enterprise workflow management, has announced a $200 million capital raise, bringing its total valuation to $1.2 billion. Sapphire Ventures led the investment round, which also included StepStone Group and current investors Volition Capital and Horizon Capital. The funding round is a minority investment focused on driving Creatio’s global expansion efforts. Katherine Kostereva, CEO of Creatio, says, “With this investment, we will continue to disrupt the traditional enterprise software approach, helping our clients to accelerate time-to-value and use technology as a competitive differentiation in their business.”<\/p>\n Analyst house Gartner, Inc. recently released the 2024 edition of its Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems, identifying twenty of the marketplace\u2019s most effective warehouse management vendors. The researchers behind the report\u2014Simon Tunstall, Dwight Klappich, Rishabh Narang, and Federica Stufano\u2014evaluated each listed vendor\u2019s strengths and weaknesses, ranked them on the signature \u201cMagic Quadrant\u201d graph, and the editors at Solutions Review highlighted the updates worth knowing about.<\/p>\n Mendix, a Siemens business, has announced the general availability of Mendix 10.12, the latest update for Mendix’s low-code platform. With the new APEX AI Assistant, developers can create applications with natural language prompts that specify the desired capabilities and components. This can streamline the application development process and help developers develop mission-critical applications at scale. Another update to Oracle APEX is the addition of conversational AI dialogs that allow users to communicate with their apps through an out-of-the-box conversational interface.<\/p>\n Oracle NetSuite has announced a new solution to help healthcare organizations maximize efficiencies and support their Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance initiatives. With NetSuite SuiteSuccess Healthcare Edition\u2014an industry-specific, pre-configured solution\u2014healthcare organizations can use cloud computing and AI-powered technologies to expand insights, optimize resource allocation, and improve patient care. Other features include financial management, role-based access controls, inventory management, financial reporting, multifactor authentication, lease management, real-time inventory management, seamless integration with NetSuite’s accounting platform, and asset management.<\/p>\n Solix, an enterprise-grade document management solution, has officially launched and is available now. Solix ECS is an intelligent document management platform catered to the needs of accounting and finance teams.
