L.P. Clearlake will join existing investors TA Associates, Insight Partners, and Charlesbank Capital Partners as shareholders in Aptean’s company. TVN Reddy, CEO of Aptean, says, “Clearlake’s investment underscores their confidence in our strategy and commitment to expansion. Partnering with Clearlake, alongside our existing investors, will enable us to continue delivering differentiated solutions to the market and accelerate our growth.”<\/p>\n Celonis\u2014a process mining and intelligence solution provider\u2014has partnered with Emporix, a composable business commerce solution, to develop an AI-driven process orchestration offering to help companies achieve end-to-end process optimization. The new Emporix Orchestration Engine leverages Celonis’ process intelligence capabilities to manage end-to-end processes in real-time, allowing businesses to maintain agile operations, increase efficiencies with AI, and optimize processes with minimal human involvement.<\/p>\n Cleo, an ecosystem integration software provider, has announced that it is expanding its longstanding partnership with Revenova, a CRM-powered transportation management solution provider. As part of the updated partnership, Cleo will bring its ecosystem integration solutions to the global transportation and logistics markets. Together, Revenova’s TMS modules, Cleo’s platform, and Revenova’s application marketplace will provide customers with the functionalities, flexibility, security, reliability, and performance they need to succeed in a modern logistics environment.<\/p>\n Cognizant has announced Cognizant Neuro Edge, a new platform available in Cognizant’s Neuro suite designed to help businesses across industries utilize artificial intelligence and generative AI “at the edge.” The new offering expands Cognizant’s Neuro AI capabilities by offering an industry-agnostic, Cloud + Edge AI platform capable of accelerating company decision-making, facilitating real-time interactions with devices, reducing data costs, maintaining operational stability, and addressing privacy risks.<\/p>\n Cornerstone OnDemand, a workforce agility solution provider, has announced that Michael Pawlyszyn will serve as its new EVP and Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas. Pawlyszyn’s previous role was as the SVP and Chief Revenue Officer for North America at SAP SuccessFactors, where he was responsible for driving the company’s Human Experience Management sales and go-to-market strategy. Before SAP, he held sales and strategic leadership positions at Oracle and Salesforce. As Cornerstone’s EVP and Chief Revenue Officer, Pawlyszyn will focus on leading and expanding its American sales team.<\/p>\n Global Shop Solutions, an ERP software provider, has launched its new Dashboard Designer feature. This feature will help manufacturers design, customize, track, and display their data in formats that meet their unique business needs. Individual users can customize the no-code data analysis tool by dragging and dropping the features they want directly onto the screen, making generating faster, more personalized reports easier. Other features include the ability to display shop floor metrics on interactive screens, real-time work center dispatches, and dashboards for sales analysis, employee productivity, and more.<\/p>\n HCLTech, a global technology company, has announced a new collaboration with IBM to develop a Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE) based on IBM’s watsonx AI and data platform. The CoE\u2014available via HCLTech’s AI and Cloud Native Labs in London and Austin, Texas\u2014will help global enterprises create custom AI applications, accelerate responsible AI workflows, develop IT service management (ITSM) use cases, modernize legacy applications, improve skill development on the watsonx platform, expand their data capabilities, and enable continuous innovation.<\/p>\n Hebbia, a startup that uses artificial intelligence to help businesses analyze their documents for answers to complex questions, has raised $130 million in a Series B funding round. The funding comes from Andreessen Horowitz, Index Ventures, Google Ventures, and Peter Thiel. Hebbia primarily works with asset managers, investment banks, and other financial institutions but is expanding its offering to other areas, including law firms and pharmaceutical companies.<\/p>\n IFS, an Industrial AI software provider, has acquired EmpowerMX, an AI-powered aviation maintenance solution provider specializing in Airframe Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) offerings. The acquisition will help IFS expand its industry-specific capabilities, providing aerospace and defense customers the capabilities they need to improve efficiencies, minimize turnaround times, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance production control.
