With that in mind, here is some of the top WorkTech news for August 2nd.<\/p>\n Acumatica, a cloud-based ERP solution, has appointed veteran technology leader Miten Mehta as its chief engineering officer. Before joining Acumatica, Mehta served as the senior vice president of engineering at Salesforce, co-founded LifeON24, and led engineering organizations at Microsoft. As Chief Engineering Officer, Mehta will use his years of experience to lead a growing and geographically diverse team of global engineers, developers, and designers responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying Acumatica’s ERP solution.<\/p>\n Celonis\u2014a global process mining and intelligence solutions provider\u2014has launched the Celonis Platform Apps Program. This offering will enable companies to maximize value with domain-specific applications built by partners of the Celonis Ecosystem. The program starts with four purpose-built applications co-created by Celonis and partners Process Lab, Marcadus, Ashling Partners, and KMLZ. These apps include a cross-border payment solution for banks, a maintenance control center for manufacturers, a plant maintenance navigator tool, and a tax compliance solution for businesses across markets.<\/p>\n Conga, a revenue lifecycle management solution provider, has appointed Jeff Laiutenbach as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Lautenbach joins the company with fifteen years of experience leading global cloud businesses and has previously held positions at Rent, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Jive Software. As Conga’s Chief Revenue Officer, he will lead the company’s global sales efforts, including its field sales team, sales operations, pre-sales functions, and partners. He will also work closely with Conga’s Chief Marketing Officer to help drive the brand’s go-to-market strategy.<\/p>\n Deltek, a global software provider of project-based businesses, has expanded its C-Level leadership team with two new appointments. These include Margo Martin’s promotion to Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer and the appointment of Becca Harness as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Martin has been with Deltek for over twenty-five years, first as a first as a Senior Support Analyst and most recently as its Group Vice President of Customer Success. Meanwhile, Harness previously served as the VP and CISO at Quickbase and brings twenty-five years of experience to her new role at Deltek.<\/p>\n HARMAN\u2014a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics that focuses on connected technology solutions for the automotive, consumer, and enterprise markets\u2014and its Digital Transformation Solutions business unit have detailed a new AI-driven partnership with Celonis. The partnership will combine HARMAN’s expertise in business transformation, AI, machine learning (ML), and technology implementation with Celonis’ process intelligence platform to help enterprises improve their processes. HARMAN will also use Celonis’ technology to accelerate its SAP S\/4HANA migration efforts.<\/p>\n OutSystems, an AI-powered low-code platform provider, has announced Workflows, a new business process modeling and workflow automation solution. With OutSystems Workflows, companies can streamline “mission-critical” workflow applications and maximize collaboration between their IT and business departments. It comes equipped with extensive UX\/UI customization options, advanced data management capabilities, a web-based interface, and simplified system integration. Companies can use Workflows to improve consumer-facing services, incorporate AI agents directly into their workflows, and manage internal processes.<\/p>\n Pluralsight, a technology workforce development company, has launched Iris, an AI assistant designed to help leaders discover content that’s relevant to their questions, goals, and learning objectives. Iris is available now in Pluralsight Skills and will help Pluralsight learners navigate the platform’s library of technology courses, hands-on labs, and skill assessments, providing them with a personalized learning experience that maximizes engagement, improves training outcomes and enabling faster application of technical skills in the real world.<\/p>\n TrueCommerce\u2014a global provider of supply chain and trading partner connectivity, integration, and omnichannel solutions\u2014has announced several updates to its Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) product. The enhancements are designed to help manufacturers across industries improve how they manage inventory in their distribution networks, providing suppliers and distributors with additional accuracy and visibility into their ordering processes. The new and updated features include lot\/batch management, an automated planner, demand-driven replenishment, and external forecast integration.<\/p>\n Wrike, an intelligent work management platform, has announced several new features to improve workflows for professional services teams. The new functionalities provide the Wrike for Professional Services suite with updates that power every stage of the client service delivery (CSD) workflow, including timesheet approvals, dashboard templates for reporting, intelligent skills management, ERP integrations to streamline billing the process, and advanced capacity and resource planning. These will help professional services teams consolidate their efforts on a single platform.<\/p>\n In the latest episode of the Evolving ERP show, Dan Aldridge from Providence Consulting Group (PCG) is joined by industry veteran and ALOX4 founder Anders Green.
