The expansion introduces a bidirectional integration between LogMeIn Rescue and Nexthink Infinity, enabling one-click remote support sessions from the Nexthink device view, surfacing live device telemetry and DEX scores in Rescue, enriching Rescue AI recommendations with Nexthink data, and allowing technicians to execute Nexthink Remote Actions directly from the Rescue console. Specifically, the new feature targets inspection, safety, and service workflows where teams still rely on clipboards, with the goal of enabling users to describe required fields and logic or convert existing documents into editable digital forms without manual rebuilding.
