Appdome Expands the MobileBOT Defense Product with New Capabilities
Appdome, a company focused on protecting the mobile economy, has announced several major upgrades to its MobileBOT Defense product. With these updates, Appdome users can move their API security processes from relying on inference and guesswork to verifiable trust. This will also empower mobile businesses to stop brute-force bots and authorize API access based on proven identity of the mobile app, device, and session, real-world location, and session risks. The enhancements are available immediately to existing and new Appdome MobileBOT Defense customers.
Appdome Enhances the IDAnchor Product with New APIs
Appdome has also announced that its IDAnchor device identity and reputation product is now powered by a suite of new, Appdome-provided, server-to-server Risk Intelligence APIs. These new APIs will provide operational reputation data and risk intelligence to the mobile backend and across the mobile business. Kai Kenan, VP of Identity & Reputation Solutions at Appdome, says, “Fraud and Identity teams can’t perform risk-based decisioning on a single factor and risk false positives or negatives. Our APIs provide risk scoring but also provide detailed threat data attributed to the mobile identities that brands know and trust.”
KnowBe4 Launches the Agent Risk Manager Solution
KnowBe4, a global platform for addressing human and agentic AI risk management, has launched Agent Risk Manager, a defense system designed to secure, monitor, and govern the behavior of autonomous AI agents. The Agent Risk Manager platform can address the risks often associated with agentic behavior by preventing unauthorized actions such as sharing sensitive information, identifying indirect prompt injections, inventorying agents, and more. Its capabilities include Prompt Injection Detection, Sensitive Information Detection, Unbounded Consumption Detection, a compliance-ready record of all agent actions, integration management, guided onboarding, and an agent inventory tool.
Quest Software Reveals the Quest Security Management Platform
Quest Software—a global provider of data management, cybersecurity, and platform modernization—has released the Quest Security Management Platform, a unified, AI-powered platform for Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) and secure Microsoft identity modernization. Companies can use the Quest Security Management Platform to unify identity threat detection, recovery, and secure migration. The solution also offers new identity security and resilience capabilities, equipping organizations with AI-driven visibility into non-human identities and always-ready disaster recovery.
Sentra Announces an Integration with Wiz
Sentra, a cloud-native data security platform, has announced a new integration with Wiz (now part of Google Cloud) to enhance data awareness in cloud security findings. By joining the Wiz Integration Network (WIN), Sentra can optimize the Wiz Security Graph with data-sensitivity intelligence, enabling joint customers to discover, prioritize, and eliminate data risks hidden within cloud resources.
