BeyondTrust, the global provider of privilege-centric identity security, has announced a strategic partnership with Ping Identity, a company focused on securing digital identities for the world’s largest enterprises. The companies will collaborate to deliver a unified, end-to-end identity security solution that helps customers maintain identity hygiene by integrating Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Their combined solution aims to create a comprehensive identity security fabric that automates and orchestrates access decisions across human and non-human identities.
Commvault Details Its Partnership and Integration with Delinea
Commvault, a company focused on delivering unified resilience at enterprise scale, has announced a new partnership and technology integration with Delinea, a provider of privileged access management (PAM) solutions. The integration will connect the Commvault Cloud platform with Delinea’s Secret Server, helping joint customers strengthen credential security, support compliance initiatives, and streamline data recovery. Additionally, the integration will allow users to centralize credential management, provide teams with Just-in-Time (JIT) access, and strengthen their audit and compliance capabilities.
Fingerprint Announces a Proximity Detection Solution
Fingerprint, a provider of device intelligence for fraud prevention, has announced Proximity Detection, a new location-based signal for mobile devices that enables enterprises to identify hidden fraud patterns and device farms by linking devices in close physical proximity. The tool will empower teams to link related devices faster, detect device farms, and strengthen account security. Dan Pinto, CEO and co-founder of Fingerprint, says, “Proximity Detection adds a new level of location-based insights to our industry-leading device intelligence, helping our customers prevent large-scale bonus abuse, fake signups, and other multi-accounting fraud.”
Forter Introduces New AI Functionalities to Its Trust Platform
Forter, a Trust Platform for digital commerce, has released new AI innovations that deliver additional visibility, speed, and insights to companies, helping them improve merchant performance in the peak shopping season and beyond. The initial capabilities for Forter Prism include transactional investigation tools that surface the data points used to approve or decline individual transactions, as well as instant answers, which enable users to converse directly with the platform to obtain immediate data insights.
Outpost24 to Acquire Infinipoint
Outpost24, a company specializing in exposure management and identity security, is acquiring Infinipoint, a provider of device identity, posture validation, and secure workforce access. The acquisition marks Outpost24’s first entry into the Zero Trust Workforce Access market. It will enhance its identity security division, Specops, by laying the groundwork for a unified approach that evaluates the user and the device before granting access. Once the acquisition closes, customers will benefit from the combination of Specops’ authentication capabilities with Infinipoint. This will empower companies to strengthen their Zero Trust adoption, improve compliance, and optimize operational efficiencies.
RSA Expands Its Passwordless Offerings
RSA, a security-first identity company, has announced several advancements in its passwordless offerings that will help enterprises secure desktop logins, expand coverage for highly regulated industries, and integrate passwordless features into customized web experiences. The additions include contactless tap-and-go logins using the RSA iShield Key 2 series, more options for offline passwordless logon, increased authentication assurance with optional proximity verification, and macOS support for passwordless log-ins. These enhancements are available via RSA ID Plus and RSA ID Plus for Microsoft M1.
Saviynt Raises $700M in a Series B Growth Equity Financing Round
Saviynt, an identity security company, has announced a $700M Series B Growth Equity Financing at a valuation of approximately $3 billion. KKR, a global investment firm, led the round with participation from Sixth Street Growth and TenEleven, alongside new funding from existing Series A investor Carrick Capital Partners. These funds will be used as growth capital to help Saviynt increase, expand, and accelerate its product development efforts; generate additional AI-based utilities, methodologies, and programs; and enable deeper integration with hyper-scalers, software/SaaS platforms, professional services firms, and value-added resellers.
Skyhigh Security Debuts a Data Visibility and Compliance Dashboard
Skyhigh Security, a data-first Secure Service Edge provider, has launched its actionable, intelligent, and risk-focused data visibility and compliance dashboard as part of Skyhigh DSPM’s Data Explorer. The new dashboard aims to deliver unified, real-time visibility into an organization’s data security posture across hybrid and cloud environments, empowering them with the data they need to maintain compliance across increasingly complex global privacy and data regulatory laws. Capabilities available on the dashboard include comprehensive data classification and inventory, risk-based scoring, and simplified compliance auditing.
Socure Reveals a New Feature to Help Teams Achieve Identity Certainty
Socure, an AI-first platform for global identity and risk decisioning, today announced the launch of Local Graph, a new innovation within its RiskOS platform. The new feature is designed to help organizations eliminate data silos and achieve identity certainty. By equipping fraud, risk, and trust teams with a connected, time-aware view of identity, Local Graph can help them identify complex fraud patterns—such as multi-accounting, promo abuse, account takeover precursors, or coordinated cross-channel fraud activity—that might’ve gone undetected otherwise.
