Yesterday, solutions provider X2Engine, Inc. updated their X2CRM software with new functionalities for automation. The latest iteration\u00a0is designed to supplement\u00a0email marketing, multi-campaign management, and more. The new update, entitled X2CRM Enterprise 7.0 is currently available to users of the software;\u00a0a\u00a0limited version of the software was available earlier in October.<\/p>\n

The latest patch\u00a0is designed to facilitate\u00a0the\u00a0X2CRM 7.0\u2019s automation functionalities including segmentation, communication management, and reporting. The update also brings changes to their\u00a0mass email delivery,\u00a0allowing\u00a0for mass customization of\u00a0messages according to\u00a0users\u2019\u00a0profile.<\/p>\n

According to their press release, X2CRM 7.0 now offers\u00a0the creation of more detailed and curated mailing and calling lists. These\u00a0lists\u00a0can be labeled\u00a0and organized\u00a0based upon leads, opportunities, accounts, contact behavior, statuses, etc.<\/p>\n

In addition, X2CRM 7.0 announced changes to\u00a0campaign management\u00a0capability, allowing\u00a0users to design and maintain email campaigns regardless of their department.\u00a0\u00a0New reporting\u00a0templates to provide\u00a0access to\u00a0campaign management\u00a0data, subscription figures, and workflow activity\u00a0featured\u00a0prominently in the announcement.\u00a0X2CRM 7.0 also added subscription management,\u00a0leads privacy,\u00a0and subscription options\u00a0for\u00a0GDPR\u00a0compliance.<\/p>\n

“The Marketing Automation powers all modules and functionality within the X2CRM Enterprise,” said David Buchanan, CEO of X2Engine.<\/p>\n

“[The solution]\u00a0focuses on customer engagement through better segmentation by Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities, and manages the customer acquisition and interaction process through workflow automation, identifying and responding to customer behavior changes throughout the customer journey.”<\/p>\n
