It features all the classic standbys of automation and what&#8217;s more, it does them well. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.g2crowd.com\/categories\/marketing-automation?utf8=%E2%9C%93&amp;segment=all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"external\">Depending on who you ask<\/a>, HubSpot&#8217;s marketing tools are best-in-breed. Despite this, martech isn&#8217;t all that HubSpot&#8217;s known for (though it is admittedly the cornerstone of their business.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">HubSpot not only offers a competitive marketing solution but also a free-of-charge CRM product that works very well considering\u00a0it&#8217;s free. &#8220;You get what you pay for&#8221; certainly doesn&#8217;t apply here. Even if HubSpot&#8217;s paid marketing product isn&#8217;t something you&#8217;re interested in, their CRM is a strong contender for your attention with great integration capabilities\u00a0with too many other solutions to list.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Salesforce<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a slight role-reversal from what we established with\u00a0Hubspot, Salesforce is widely known for its\u00a0sales tech\u00a0and has a bit of martech on the side in the form of their\u00a0Pardot property.\u00a0<span class=\"TextRun SCXW148353451\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW148353451\">Salesforce offers a multi-purpose CRM tool, providing a varied array of competencies covering most sales-related needs. Though favored by enterprises, SMBs\u202f<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW148353451\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"AdvancedProofingIssue SCXW148353451\">are more than welcome to the CRM party<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW148353451\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW148353451\">\u00a0as the provider offers different packages to best serve each level of the market. Also included are account\/contact management tools and pipeline visuals\/management.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pardot is the B2B marketing automation solution from Salesforce. It directly integrates with Salesforce\u2019s CRM to harness all available data. This helps align marketing and sales to generate leads and keep them engaged. Since Pardot\u2019s focus is exclusively on B2B, it helps users prioritize valuable leads through scoring and grading. It captures prospect activity and provides real-time alerts telling salespeople when to contact leads.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Blueshift\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blueshift&#8217;s automation relies heavily on artificial\u00a0intelligence to make it tick. As a result of this deep investment in AI, they were ranked as a Cool Marketing Vendor by Gartner last year. The vendor offers a unique take on multi-channel marketing and creatives.\u00a0By utilizing their predictive programs, users can pit two potential creatives against each other. Using previously input and collected data, an AI will select the optimal creative\/template to run with. The product also offers more traditional trappings of marketing automation including a campaign builder tool and trigger-based customer interaction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The vendor&#8217;s CRM offerings are, unsurprisingly, also heavily steeped in AI application.\u00a0<span class=\"TextRun SCXW84184895\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW84184895\">The CRM platform\u202f<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW84184895\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"AdvancedProofingIssue SCXW84184895\">is able to<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW84184895\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW84184895\">\u202fpredict and report on the \u201cwho, what, when and why\u201d of the marketing\/sales process.
