The acquisitions <a href=\"https:\/\/solutionsreview.com\/mobile-device-management\/ivanti-acquires-mobileiron-for-mobile-and-endpoint-security\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">were previously announced<\/a> in September. Ivanti acquired all outstanding shares of MobileIron common stock at a value of approximately $872 million.
