Mark Doering

With decades of experience in network security, privacy, and compliance, Doering currently acts as a liaison between customers, the NETSCOUT sales team, and product teams, providing a hands-on, real-world perspective. Before joining NETSCOUT, Doering worked for VSS Monitoring as a security architect. He also spent more than 16 years at Cisco, first as technical solutions manager and then as a technical marketing engineer. During his Cisco tenure, he assisted with the rollout of the Cisco SAFE security blueprint; he also contributed to Cisco enterprise security and wireless security whitepapers that led to the development of Cisco Validated Designs. Doering holds a GIAC Certified Incident Handler certification as well as an ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification (CISSP).
