More big changes over at BlackStratus HQ.
Fresh off the release of its new security-as-a-service offering, CYBERShark, the New Jersey-based company, formerly known as netForensics has announced that addition of Mike Maxwell as its new Chief Security Officer.
Reporting to BlackStratus’ CEO Dale Cline, Maxwell is responsible for the current and future development of the company’s entire technology portfolio.
As Chief Security Officer, Maxwell will oversee technical service operations, technical account management, product management and strategy, and industry analyst relationships.
Prior to joining BlackStratus, Mike worked at British Telecom (BT) where he led global delivery of Assure Threat Monitoring, the security monitoring platform for notable events like the London2012 Summer Olympics and the 2015 Rugby World Cup. Most recently Maxwell was Global Head of Platform and Service Delivery at BT where he was responsible for leading the BT Assure Intelligence Platform and Service Delivery.
“Mike is a very strategic addition to our executive management team, especially at a time when we’re rolling out our new cloud-based CYBERShark service within the SMB market and need his expertise to guide our product development and strategy within that marketspace,” said Dale Cline, CEO of BlackStratus.
