Learning Technologies Group<\/a>\u00a0(LTG), an integrated e-learning services and technology provider, today confirmed the successful acquisition of PeopleFluent, a leading independent provider of cloud-based integrated recruiting, talent management, and compensation management solutions. A formal integration program will begin immediately, with the aim of completion by the end of September 2018, according to PeopleFluent<\/a>.<\/p>\n

PeopleFluent introduces an exciting new range of capabilities to LTG\u2019s portfolio of specialist digital learning businesses, which includes\u00a0LEO Learning<\/a>,\u00a0gomo<\/a>,\u00a0Eukleia<\/a>,\u00a0PRELOADED<\/a>,\u00a0Rustici Software<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0NetDimensions<\/a>. This new offering expands the opportunity for all Group companies to offer a strategic, results-focused offer in the broader context of capabilities required for the modern workforce.<\/p>\n

Following successful completion of the acquisition, PeopleFluent CEO and Chairman, Charles S. Jones, President, Steve Pogorzelski, and Chief Human Resources Officer, Eileen Adler, left the business yesterday (May 31st, 2018).<\/p>\n

Jonathan Satchell, Chief Executive of LTG, said: \u201cI am delighted to confirm the addition of PeopleFluent to the LTG family. I\u2019d like to take this opportunity to thank Charles and his team for their supportive approach and utmost integrity in enabling us to achieve this exciting acquisition. Early collaboration with the PeopleFluent management team enabled us to conduct our initial research prior to completion, which will help as we commence the formal integration program in early June, led by a governance board of PeopleFluent and LTG representatives.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we welcome our new colleagues into the Group, I\u2019m excited about the potential opportunities PeopleFluent\u2019s integrated talent management solutions bring to LTG. We have already received positive feedback from customers and analysts and it\u2019s fantastic to envision a broader range of integrated, best-of-breed solutions to assist corporates to attract, retain and develop their people.\u201d<\/p>\n

LTG\u2019s Chief Operating Officer, Dale Solomon, will be supporting the integration as PeopleFluent\u2019s interim Managing Director until the end of 2018. Dale will be supported by senior colleagues in the NetDimensions management team and will continue in his current role as NetDimensions\u2019 Managing Director.<\/p>\n

In recognition of the demands of LTG\u2019s expanded business, which now has a significantly larger product portfolio, Tim Martin joins the LTG Operations Board in the new role of Chief Innovation & Product Officer.<\/p>\n

Tim will transition from his role as CEO of Rustici Software to work alongside the technical, design, and management teams within LTG\u2019s product brands (PeopleFluent, NetDimensions, and gomo), supporting product optimization, harmonization and integration across the Group\u2019s growing portfolio.<\/p>\n
