Application leaders responsible for HR should focus on a product&#8217;s critical capabilities when evaluating the vendors in the talent management market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The study highlights nine vendors Gartner considers most significant in this software sector and evaluates them against nine critical capabilities and four use cases including,<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Attract and Retain Talent<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Develop the Workforce<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Pay for Performance<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">High-Volume Talent Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Key Findings<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Over the last year, competition in the talent management market has accelerated the pace of innovation and improvement among TMS products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Magic Quadrant study evaluated vendor vision and execution as well as product, whereas this Critical Capabilities report is purely a product-focused evaluation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Vendors analyzed include:\u00a0<em>Cornerstone OnDemand, Halogen Software, Haufe, Oracle, Saba Software, SAP, Skillsoft, Talentsoft and Technomedia.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In this research, these critical capabilities (at a high level) are the major modules of the talent management suite coupled with reporting and analytics, as well as overall customer satisfaction with the products and the vendor-client relationship.
