Gartner Inc., the\u00a0world’s leading research and advisory company, published their 2016-2018 Strategic Roadmap for Human Capital Management (HCM) Investments<\/a> back in June of 2016, but still holds important and valuable information, good until 2018. We’ve decided to bring it back to the attention of those looking for an HR technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Talent Management solution to help their organizations grow successfully, or increase their workforce planning strategies.<\/p>\n

When it comes to HCM technology, many organizations have aging applications that do not meet current HR and organizational requirements. Many organizations invested in HCM solutions as part of a broader ERP suite purchase, and now face the challenge of either upgrading them or investing in a new generation of cloud HCM applications that have emerged outside the confines of an ERP megasuite.<\/p>\n
