With this in mind, employee engagement should be one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/2MnxJB9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">top priorities of HR leaders<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to the latest Gallup report, &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/reports\/199961\/state-american-workplace-report-2017.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">State of the American Workplace<\/a>&#8216;, two-thirds of the American workforce is not engaged. This equates to the average productivity level of 33 percent.
