According to the announcement, this new program features\u00a0 scenario-based course content covering 20 of today\u2019s most critical leadership competencies, with\u00a0plans to support an additional ten competencies in 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.skillsoft.com\/content-solutions\/management-and-leadership-development\/leadership-training\/\">Skillsoft Leadership Development Program<\/a>\u00a0includes an innovative, scalable and cost-effective course series curated to engage modern, digital learners. The courses average 45-60 minutes of high-definition, video-based instruction, each comprised of 5-8 minute single-concept segments to support micro-learning.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Tech Updates and Added Compliance Training to Percipio<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Skillsoft also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skillsoft.com\/press-releases\/skillsoft-to-offer-compliance-training-on-percipio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced Percipio Compliance<\/a>, a new solution that delivers Compliance training on the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.skillsoft.com\/business-solutions\/intelligent-learning-platform.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0Percipio<\/a>\u00a0intelligent learning platform. The new solution delivers customizable, cloud-based learning that makes compliance training, curriculum management and reporting flexible, convenient and cost-effective.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Other upgrades to the Percipio platform include new implementation and custom channel curation services that\u00a0accelerate the deployment of Percipio by providing a level of support mapped to the scope of each organization\u2019s engagement.
