Where Traditional Data &#038; Analytics Governance Fails AI"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"detail-layout-title mighty-wysiwyg-content fr-view mighty-max-content-width\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">If you are among the four million people who ride London\u2019s Tube daily, you are undoubtedly familiar with its ubiquitous warning: <\/span><strong>Mind The Gap. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">That warning came to mind recently when I read a thought-provoking article<\/span><em style=\"text-align: justify;\">, &#8220;The Gorilla in the Quadrant: Why Your Data and AI Governance Strategy Needs More Than Gartner\u2019s Report,<\/em><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8221; by my friend and fellow Solutions Review Expert\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"text-align: justify;\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"http:\/\/linkedin.com\/in\/davidsweenor\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" class=\"external\">David Sweenor<\/a><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"detail-layout-description mighty-wysiwyg-content mighty-max-content-width fr-view\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his article, David did an excellent job summarizing and critiquing the\u00a0<a tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.informatica.com\/lp\/gartner-leadership.html\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" class=\"external\"><em>2025 Gartner\u00ae Magic Quadrant\u2122 for Data and Analytics Governance Platform<\/em><\/a><a tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.informatica.com\/lp\/gartner-leadership.html\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" class=\"external\">s<\/a>, written by Gartner Analysts Guido De Simoni, Anurag Raj, Melody Chien, and Stephen Kennedy and published on 7 January 2025 &#8211; ID G00807073.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gartner reports, notably their Magic Quadrants\u2122, are reliable technology insights and guidance sources.
