Another set of connections that organizations rely on daily are the ones that connect their data sources to their analytics and AI apps.<\/p>\n

Adapters, APIs, connectors, ETL scripts, data services, etc.: This critical data integration capability is essential to driving business value from your data. Custom-developed or purchased from various vendors, every organization has thousands running nonstop daily. Running is the keyword because when these connections fail, so do your analytic and AI apps.<\/p>\n

While critical, their \u201cset them and forget them\u201d nature can also lull organizations into being passive. Perhaps not the most brilliant move in a world of ever-shifting data sources and consumers, accelerating technology innovation, and dynamic business models.<\/p>\n
