Perhaps most importantly, Gartner’s Peer Insights democratizes the evaluation process, allowing for vendors not typically included in Magic Quadrants and Critical Capabilities reports due to their stringent requirements.\u00a0Gartner’s Peer Insights on Identity Governance and Administration features 113 reviews on 19 vendors\u2014far more than considered in the Magic Quadrant and Critical capabilities reports.<\/p>\n

In addition to Gartner’s Magic Quadrants and market guides, they also provide a site for consumers themselves to voice their opinions on wireless network solutions. Going beyond the typical customer review, Gartner presents\u00a0consumers\u00a0with a series of specialized questions related to their experiences installing the product, using the\u00a0product, and what needs drove them to choosing that product. Similar to G2 Crowd, Gartner, gives you nothing but the reviews of customers themselves and keeps out any vendor employees.<\/p>\n

TrustRadius\u00a0is a review site for business software, helping buyers make better product decisions based on unbiased reviews, many of which that come from the actual end-users themselves. The resource collects reviews that are in-depth and substantive, with every reviewer on the site vetted by the TrustRadius research team before publication. This is important to note so you know the reviews aren\u2019t being submitted by paid actors or vendor marketing teams. In addition, TrustRadius employs a handy algorithm that ensures product scores represent only true customer sentiment by correcting for selection bias.<\/p>\n
