This week, Astera – one of the leading providers of data integration solutions launched a completely new version of their flagship product Centerprise Data Integrator 6.
According to the Astera release notes, this major new release has been “specifically built for business users responsible for managing organizational information assets and includes over 150 new features and enhancements in this across-the-board upgrade to Centerprise Data Integrator.”
Among the new features highlighted in the launch, Centerprise Data Integrator 6:
Hierarchical data mapping has been significantly strengthened to meet the challenge of complex hierarchical structures such as extensible markup language (XML), electronic data interchange (EDI), web services, and more.
Unique Scoped, Tree, and Detached Transformations make it possible for users to perform sophisticated transformations on complex data trees and reuse them in multiple expressions, saving time, increasing productivity, and enhancing performance.
Performance has been boosted with enhancements to the flow diagram user interface, the document loading and saving functions, and job management.
Server functionality upgrades include scalability enhancements, high availability features, workflow restart, and server and job management improvements that speed up and automate the workflow process.
