Alongside the funding news, FlowForma also confirmed that it plans to release a “next-generation” production by the end of the year and appointed Colm Heffernan—a former Chief Operating Officer at Fenergo—as its Chairman. To further support its new strategies, the company plans to significantly increase its employees and start growing its presence in overseas markets.
Intact Software, a software and technology solution provider, has announced its acquisition of Blue Rock Systems, a UK-based ERP reseller, implementer, and support provider.
