The new Bitrix24 Spring 2021 update introduces Bitrix24.documents, allowing users to view, manage, co-edit, and share online documents with colleagues and external users alike, all from inside the Bitrix24 platform. Other new features include updated video calls, which now support up to 48 participants, and improved smart processes, which allow users to custom-automate internal processes and link them to existing entities within the Bitrix24 CRM.
Another addition to the Bitrix24 platform comes in the form of CRM payments, which connects a CRM system with online sales. This new feature allows Bitrix24 users to send payment links to customers via WhatsApp or SMS directly from their CRM. Customers can use any payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, etc.), which helps ensure a seamless shopping experience for the user. The feature will also update the payment status in the CRM automatically.
