Bigin, Zoho’s CRM Platform for Small Businesses, Launches New Features
Bigin, the CRM for small businesses from Zoho, recently launched new features and updates for its platform to coincide with its first anniversary. The latest updates include improved usability, extensibility, and mobility, alongside new features like a mobile pipeline view and various integrations and customization options. This is the first round of updated features Bigin plans to release in 2021.
Launched by Zoho in May 2020, Bigin is a pipeline-centric CRM platform built specifically for small and micro-businesses looking to streamline their sales efforts, close more deals, and boost growth rates. The platform includes features for engaging prospects, managing pipelines, optimizing data management, and improving security. Bigin offers both free and paid models.
Bigin’s new features include customizable pipelines, an improved search bar, additional content center features (i.e., call recording, call transfers, automatic queueing functionality for incoming calls), and a mobile pipeline view. The update also adds native integrations with applications like Mailchimp, Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, and over 85 other third-party telephony providers. Bigin also announced a roadmap of new features in 2021, including templates, improved tags, advanced workflows, and more.
