Ranging from small startups to venture-backed enterprises, this sixth annual list mentions popular companies across industries. The list was produced in partnership with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures and selected companies based on their growth, sales, culture, valuation, and a reputation score derived in consultation with 34 CEO judges and executives.
The 2021 listing isn’t just made up of consumer technology brands, however. The popular award directory also includes a growing number of enterprise technology and software providers. The editors at Solutions Review have perused the 2021 Forbes Cloud 100 list and identified the standout CRM companies and providers that deserve some extra attention. Braze is a customer engagement platform provider that works with clients in retail, e-commerce, financial services, travel, hospitality, media, and other industries. In addition to its onboarding services, Braze’s platform is equipped with cross-channel messaging tools, email marketing, reporting, analytics, A/B testing tools, AI-enabled insights, and more.
Intercom is a customer communications and conversational relationship platform that provides users with conversational support, marketing, and engagement tools. The company works with clients of all sizes across e-commerce, education, healthcare, and financial markets.
