Zoho has announced the release of several new applications, services, and platform enhancements for its Zoho One system offering. The latest releases included embedded business intelligence (BI), data preparation tools, user experience improvements, and other features to help companies solve data challenges, close communication gaps, and improve productivity, adaptability, and growth.
Zoho is a multinational company specializing in software development, cloud computing, and web-based business tools. It offers a collection of products and applications across major business categories, including marketing, sales, customer service, email, human resources, financial, management, business intelligence, and other back-office operations.
The updates coming to the Zoho One system include AI-powered conversation analytics, data preparation, collaboration tools to accommodate different work models, Mobile Application Management (MAM) functionalities, telephony provider integrations for Zoho users, customizable user dashboards, and more. Zoho also launched Zoho Commerce, a new service to help retailers build online shops that integrate with third-party payment gateways and are outfitted with tools for accepting orders, tracking inventory, shipping management, brand marketing, and data analysis.
Raju Vegesna, the Chief Evangelist at Zoho, says, “The experience that employees, customers, partners, and suppliers get when dealing with businesses is typically a reflection of how that business and its systems are structured internally. Today, the majority of systems are disconnected as a result of siloed solutions offered by vendors. Unification of a business requires a unification of the underlying systems, which can then provide a truly unified experience, internally and externally, along with unified insights. Zoho One was created with this vision and keeps expanding its unbeatable value with new additions and improvements year over year.”
