Freshworks has announced a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution for startups. The modern, scalable CRM suite, Freshstack, is built to help startup companies create personalized marketing campaigns, develop the pipeline, deliver omnichannel service, delight customers, and grow faster. Freshstack combines functionalities from Freshdesk, Freshsales, and Freshmarketer to provide startups with the customer support, marketing, and sales tools they need. The news was announced at Refresh 2021.
Freshworks provides business software solutions designed to be ready to go right “out of the box.” For example, the company’s CRM platform comes equipped with the tools retailers need to identify loyal customers, improve engagement, personalize the shopping experience, and unify customer data. Freshworks’ CRM offering can also integrate with Freshdesk, a customer support platform that will help businesses offer a holistic shopping experience to customers.
With Freshstack, startup companies will have access to a suite of marketing, customer support, and sales tools designed to help them attract new customers, build relationships with existing customers, and scale their services as the customer base grows over time. Freshstack is an easy to onboard CRM platform outfitted with omnichannel customer support capabilities, marketing automation software, unified sales intelligence tools, and access to the Freshworks Marketplace, where users can expand their CRM with hundreds of add-on applications.
Girish Mathrubootham, the CEO and founder of Freshworks, says, “Startup founders should ensure that their developers are focused on building their core technology, not babysitting their CRM stack. From day one, Freshworks has built products that democratize access to modern, easy-to-use software. Freshstack builds on that commitment by helping the titans of tomorrow get going faster today.”
