Freshworks Announces Freshstack, a New CRM Suite for Startups

Freshworks has announced a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution for startups. The modern, scalable CRM suite, Freshstack, is built to help startup companies create personalized marketing campaigns, develop the pipeline, deliver omnichannel service, delight customers, and grow faster. Freshstack combines functionalities from Freshdesk, Freshsales, and Freshmarketer to provide startups with the customer support, marketing, and sales tools they need. The news was announced at Refresh 2021.
