In this role, Schlemmer builds upon Percona’s legacy of open source excellence, leading the company on its mission to help businesses make databases and applications run better through a unique combination of expertise and open source software. Having joined Percona in 2013, Schlemmer has held various leadership positions in the organization, including President, General Manager, Vice President of Customer Success, and Senior Director of Consulting.
