Phil Alcock spent 17 years in the classroom across Australia before co-founding PBL Future Labs with Dr. Thom Markham, where he helps schools rebuild project-based learning around a smaller, faster mission structure. He works directly with schools, including Choice Charter School in Iowa, building AI fluency into the project design process itself rather than treating it as a separate skill to teach.
