Katie is the Vice President and General Manager of Synack’s Global Public Sector and Defense business. Alongside her team, she delivers customer outcomes in the Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) market through consultative work with Public Sector executives. Her background with Accenture, Pivotal Software and VMware underpin her experience in cloud-native software development and modernization and support one of her favorite topics: “shifting pentesting left” in the SDLC. Katie’s passion for mission-focused work comes from time early in her career working as a staff officer at the CIA.
