Accenture to Acquire Faculty, an AI-Native Services and Products Provider
Accenture has announced its plans to acquire Faculty, a UK-based AI native services and products business. The acquisition will expand Accenture’s capabilities, enabling it to better help clients reinvent their core and critical business processes with safe and secure AI solutions that deliver tangible outcomes. Once the transaction closes, the Faculty team, comprising over 400 AI-native professionals, will integrate with Accenture’s teams to scale world-class AI capabilities for clients. Additionally, Faculty CEO Marc Warner will become chief technology officer of Accenture and join the company’s Global Management Committee.
Cornerstone OnDemand Achieves ISO/IEC 42001 Certification
Cornerstone OnDemand, a provider of workforce agility solutions, has achieved ISO/IEC 42001 certification for its Cornerstone Galaxy offering. ISO 42001 is becoming a defining global standard for responsible AI, and provides organizations with a structured framework for ensuring the ethical, transparent, and well-governed development and use of artificial intelligence. Apurva Dhanwantri, SVP and Chief Information Security Officer, says, “AI plays a critical role in our products, and this standard provides a structured way to ensure it is managed responsibly, with clear policies, objectives, and processes that protect our customers and support long-term innovation.”
DXC Technology Announces Details on AMBER
DXC Technology, an enterprise technology and innovation partner, has announced AMBER, a next-generation automotive software platform designed to enhance the in-vehicle infotainment systems developed by DXC Luxoft. With embedded AI capabilities, AMBER will help auto manufacturers navigate the complexity of software-defined vehicles, streamline in-car software engineering workflows, accelerate launches, reduce integration costs, and improve the on-board experience.
Flexera Acquires Two New Companies
Flexera, a technology spend and risk intelligence company, has acquired ProsperOps, an AI-enabled FinOps automation solution for public cloud, and Chaos Genius, an innovator in AI-driven cost optimization for Snowflake and Databricks. With ProsperOps, Flexera will expand its FinOps for AI capabilities, enhancing its ability to support finance, engineering, and procurement teams. Additionally, Chaos Genius enables Flexera to deliver agentic-based FinOps for AI that optimizes inefficient usage across Snowflake and Databricks.
Flowfinity Updates Its Business Process Management Platform
Flowfinity, a business process management platform, has released a significant update designed to help organizations modernize operations with AI-enhanced workflows, stronger security controls, and more intuitive data visualizations. These enhancements will empower teams to embed AI directly into their existing business processes with dedicated Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and no-code tools. Users can also use AI assistants to summarize information, generate reports, update records, and provide recommendations based on the reliable, governed data stored securely in the Flowfinity platform.
Infosys and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Announce a Strategic Collaboration
Infosys, a global provider of digital services and consulting, has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The initiative will combine Infosys Topaz—an AI-first set of services, solutions, and platforms using generative AI technologies—with Amazon Q Developer, AWS’s generative AI-powered assistant. This will enhance Infosys’ internal operations, help enterprises accelerate the adoption of generative AI, and drive innovation for customers across various sectors, including manufacturing, telecom, financial services, and consumer goods.
Panaya Unveils Seemore, an AI Agentic Layer
Panaya, an enterprise testing and impact analysis platform, has launched Seemore, an AI agentic layer designed to guide, analyze, fix, and test through every stage of ERP and CRM change. With the Seemore offering, teams can enhance their ability to handle change, maximize coverage, and minimize the overhead and disruption associated with traditional testing processes. David Binny, CEO of Panaya, says, “By combining our deep ERP and CRM expertise with an intelligent agentic AI layer, we’re making it easier for teams to understand what needs attention, automate what matters, and deliver ongoing change without the usual uncertainty.”
Planview Appoints a New CEO
Planview, an end-to-end platform for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Digital Product Development (DPD), has appointed Matt Zilli as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Zilli, who most recently served as Planview’s President of Field Operations, succeeds Razat Gaurav, who will now serve on the Company’s Board of Directors as part of a long-standing succession plan. Zilli will use his 20+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams across sales, marketing, customer success, consulting, and alliances to drive Planview’s next phase of expansion.
SAP Details New AI-Enhanced Retail Innovations
SAP has announced a new generation of AI-enhanced retail innovations at NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show. The updates include AI-assisted assortment management capabilities, the addition of omnichannel sales promotions to sales orders, and deeper merchandising, segmentation, and manufacturing support, providing fashion wholesalers and manufacturers with the resources they need to optimize their operations. These updates will enable retailers to make their storefronts intelligible to AI, allowing them to drive shopping experiences on their own platforms and on platforms like ChatGPT.
Syspro and SugarCRM Detail a Go-To-Market Partnership
Syspro, a purpose-built ERP for manufacturing and distribution, has announced a go-to-market partnership with SugarCRM, a global sales automation platform. As part of the partnership, the companies are releasing Sugar for Syspro, a new solution that provides businesses with a standardized integration between the Syspro ERP and SugarCRM platforms. The integration will help manufacturers and distributors navigate sales environments, extended buying cycles, and deep customer relationships, all from a single, connected system of record across operations and revenue functions.
