Accenture and Google Cloud Announce a Suite of Agentic Solutions

Accenture, through its newly launched Accenture Edge business, has announced a suite of agentic solutions in collaboration with Google Cloud. The suite will enable mid-market companies to drive technology and AI transformation by bringing Accenture’s global strength and leadership position with Google Cloud to a new market segment, providing pre-built solutions for mid-market organizations. Additionally, the collaboration will use Google Cloud as its technology foundation to power mid-market solutions with the Gemini Enterprise app, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, and Agentic Data Cloud.

IBM Introduces New Updates and Capabilities to IBM Bob

IBM has announced several significant updates to IBM Bob, its agentic software development platform. The update will introduce new multi-agent capabilities, built-in AI cost and use analytics, and pre-built, specialized workflows for modernizing enterprise systems to the IBM Bob suite. Additionally, companies can use Bob to optimize across the execution system, not just model selection, and trust it to match models to tasks, coordinate AI execution across agents, and provide teams with visibility into productivity, quality, performance, and cost through Bobalytics, all to help enterprises optimize AI at scale.

IDC Launches a New Intelligence Platform

IDC, a global company focused on research and data, has launched IDC Quanta, a new intelligence platform to close the gap between tech intelligence and enterprise execution. The platform embeds IDC’s proprietary research, analyst findings, and data directly into the workflow applications where critical context lives, and where users spend their time, including their email and systems like Anthropic’s Claude AI. Alongside the launch of IDC Quanta, IDC has revealed a simplified subscription model that consolidates hundreds of intelligence offerings into new bundles aligned to technology markets and industries.

Rackspace Technology and Palantir Detail a New Operating Framework

Rackspace Technology, a global enterprise AI infrastructure and solutions provider, has announced an operating model framework in collaboration with Palantir Technologies. The framework combines Palantir Foundry and AIP with Rackspace’s governed private cloud, sovereign cloud, on-prem infrastructure, certified FDEs, and managed operations to help regulated and sovereign enterprises own and operate AI in production. Additionally, the companies will collaborate to acquire and serve customers across healthcare, financial services, energy, private equity, and the mid-market.

ScienceLogic—a company that delivers operational intelligence via service-centric observability, AI-driven operations, and intelligent automation—has announced the “Kyoto” release of Skylar One, a core observability offering of the ScienceLogic AI Platform. The Kyoto release will advance the company’s priorities with new geographic service visibility, simplified location and device management, improved relationship context, and platform modernization tools to help IT teams operate with greater speed, confidence, and control.

Simpro Group Reveals the New Features and Enhancements Available in RAIN

Simpro Group, an AI-first software provider for the field service trades, has announced RAIN, the first major release of new features and AI-infused enhancements built on the company’s recent Lightning platform launch. Some of the new features, rolling out over the coming months, include an Intelligent AI Scheduler for Simpro, Smart Safety Forms for the AroFlo platform, Field Inventory Control for Simpro, AI-Validated Photo Capture for BigChange, and a native sales pipeline and CRM for the Simpro and BigChange suites. All the features in RAIN were built within Cooper, Simpro Group’s unified AI “brain,” and will remain connected to it so the AI can continue learning from real-world use cases.
